- Ex-Man Utd striker up and running

WHAT HAPPENED?
Greenwood moved to Marseille in the summer on a divisive permanent deal, having been told his Manchester United career was over following an investigation into his conduct after an arrest on charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour, and assault. The charges were dropped but the striker has moved to France to continue his career away from Manchester and already has two goals to his name.
Greenwood needed just three minutes to open his account with a lovely run and finish in their Ligue 1 opener against Brest before grabbing his second, and Marseille's third, from the penalty spot.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Greenwood made a name for himself at United by scoring very similar goals, as he drifted in off the wing and often found the bottom corner. His penalty then made it 47 senior goals throughout his career.
