The Blues are considering a summer bid for the Nigeria international and reports they could offer Lukaku plus cash to convince the Serie A side to let their star forward go in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea have long been linked with a move for Osimhen but face competition from Paris Saint-Germain, who see him as a possible replacement for Kylian Mbappe. However, Osimhen is said to prefer a move to the Premier League, giving the London side the advantage in the race.
